Repaired watches will be returned via USPS. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your watch to be returned to you. Freestyle Repair Center cannot be responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit to us. We recommend you send your package to us either insured or certified. Be sure to include your printed response email sent to you via email that includes your contact information. Please do not include the original packaging as it will not be returned to you after the repair. When sending your watch to us please package it in a well- padded box for protection. Please be sure to fill out all of the fields so that we can get your watch back to you as fast as possible. This information is critical to our ability to be able to send you updates on the status of your watch as well as provide you the invoice for the service and allow you to pay.
